Security Manager is a core compliance module used to track and manage access rights to web pages, documents and web page content for companies and people. It is also used to make user group assignments, add companies and add people for access to the application. Security Manager is used to create a compliance solution with your suppliers and customers. Tracks Company Access Rights

  • Tracks and manages company access information including:
    • Company Access Status
    • Company Access Expiration Date
    • Company Type

Tracks Worker Access Rights

  • Tracks and manages user access information including:
    • User Access Status
    • User ID and Email
    • User Access Expiration Date
    • User Password
    • User Badge Number
    • User Payroll Number

Integrated Solution

    Security Manager is a core compliance module and is used by all other managers.

Secured Access

    Security information is secured and is only available to the administrators group and other groups authorized to view this information.

Document Security

    Document security is set in this module. Limit access to sensitive documents by setting specific access rights to groups and/or people.

Event Log

    An event log is available to view log-in and log-out events of users. This feature is used by administrators to locate unauthorized use and to trend heavily used modules.

User Groups

    Create user groups for access rights and/or training requirements. A user can be a member of more than one group.

Optimistic Security Profile

    Access rights are determined through an optimistic security profile. Users are assigned the highest access right to the item, document or web page for the group the user is a member.

Compliance Partnerships

    Create a compliance partnership by granting access rights to suppliers, vendors, contractors and customers.

  • Search filter assists in located specific security information. Default filters include:
    • By Company
    • By Worker

User Configurable Look-up Lists

  • Look-up lists are user configurable. This includes:
    • Company Types
