Asset Manager is an enterprise level collaborative tool to manage information on plant equipment, vehicles (aka Assets). Asset Manager can function as a stand alone application or work in conjunction with other third party asset management systems (AMS).

As a stand alone application, Asset Manager provides a system of organized information on assets and their records. It includes an asset registration and revision control system, user configurable Metadata fields and a search engine for quick location and utilization of your asset information.

In the presence of a third party AMS application, Asset Manager functions as an Add-On module to filter and organize your asset information. It provides additional Metadata fields for asset searches and the ability to multi-reference the same asset when needed for different purposes. This minimizes the need to store duplicate asset information in numerous locations within your file structure system.

Asset Manager is versatile and user friendly with user configurable tools for asset types, sub-types, status and Metadata.
